Returns
We are 100% committed to ensuring that your dried flower bouquet arrives in perfect condition.  We make every effort to ensure that our packaging protects your dried flower bouquet during delivery.  

If your product does not arrive in the condition that you expect, please contact us immediately.  Our policy lasts 48 hours from the date of postage as your item is perishable. If 48 hours have gone by since your item was posted, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. We will notify you when your item has been posted.  Please ensure that you are available to receive it on your chosen date.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable).
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Any item that is returned more than 3 days after delivery.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Workshops cannot be refunded once booked. If another workshop is running and there is space then you can transfer to another workshop date. We are happy for you to allow a friend or family member to attend in your place by your arrangement. In order for this to happen please contact me on 07557145216 no later than 48 hours before the workshop date. 

Pick-Your-Own will be cancelled by myself if the weather forecast is for heavy rain and or storms. I will contact everyone who is booked on at least 24 hours prior. A simple transfer to another Pick-Your-Own date will be made. Otherwise Pick-Your-Own sessions cannot be refunded once booked. If another Pick-Your-Own is running and there is space then you can transfer to another date. We are happy for you to allow a friend or family member to attend in your place by your arrangement. In order for this to happen please contact me on 07557145216 no later than 48 hours before the workshop date.
